Improve subscription model and make it actually work
I am currently not able to work as your licensing process insists that the max number of activations is already used and I can not activate it on this computer. This one is actually listed in the account as activated.
There is no way to deactivate that one from the website and also not from the computer (Macbook Air) and reinstall it.
Please revisit your subscription process and make it work as simple as the Hindenburg products.
Adding information about this process in the support page or knowledgebase would also be really helpful, but at the moment it deals only with perpetual licenses (which I am very likely move towards as this type of subscription needs to work flawlessly to be of any value).
