Hindenburg Broadcaster can publish to WideOrbit. 

The integration is different to how it works with ENCO (which has the ability to send content to Hindenburg).

The WideOrbit publish lets you deliver mixdowns to an ingest folder with the correct category and cut ID and will also be able to add "scot chunk" metadata. It can also check if a cut ID is already in use.
