Here’s What To Do
If you recently opened Hindenburg PRO and noticed that your transcription hours have disappeared — don’t worry!
This is part of the latest update, and there’s a simple fix: you just need to update to the newest version -Version 2.05 Build 2700
The new version includes major improvements (including support for 99 languages!) and updates the transcription system behind the scenes.
Until you update, your transcription hours might not show up correctly.
How To Update:
Automatically

Open Hindenburg PRO.

If the Automatic Update window pops up…
→ Simply press Download Update.
Manually
If the Automatic Update window does not appear:

Open Hindenburg PRO.

On Mac: Go to Hindenburg PRO → Check for Update.
On Windows: Go to Help → Check for Update. -
Choose Download Update.
Important:
👉 Please update now to avoid disruption to your transcription service.
👉 After updating, your transcription hours will reappear automatically.
Quick FAQ
Q: Will I lose any unused transcription hours?
A: No, your remaining hours are safe. Updating simply reconnects your license to the new system.
Q: I updated, but I still don't see my hours. What should I do?
A: Restart your computer. In rare cases, this refreshes the license connection.
