Why is my valid licence key being rejected?

Currently, Hindenburg distinguishes between two types of licence management systems:

  •  Current: All licences acquired or upgraded after November 21st, 2021. These are registered to a User Account and managed and activated by logging in with an email and password.
  •  Legacy: All licences acquired before 21st November 2021. These are activated using a combination of a static License Key and an email address.

If you are a user with a legacy management system and are experiencing issues with the license key, please double-check that you are typing it correctly.

The problem may be that you are entering 'O' instead of '0.' Just a reminder: There is no letter 'O's in Hindenburg licence keys.
