What happens after I request a trial of Hindenburg Pro or Narrator?

You can request a 30-day Hindenburg PRO or Narrator free trial here: https://hindenburg.com/academy/trial/

After clicking, you'll be redirected to a new window to sign in or register.

If you already have a Hindenburg Account, please sign in and request the trial. In your account, under 'Products,' you will see a blue 'Download' button for the trial you requested. Click on it.

If you don't have a Hindenburg Account, simply register by entering a valid email address. Then, you will be asked to enter your name and last name.

After that, you will receive an email. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.
The email contains a time-sensitive blue button. Click it, and you will be asked to create a secure password.
Once that's done, you will be redirected to your new account page in Hindenburg. Now that you have an account, if you request a trial, you will see the download button under 'Products.'

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:

Your trial expires automatically, so there is no need to cancel. Rest assured you will not be charged any subscription fees.

A few more things about free trials:

  • If you request a Hindenburg Pro trial, you'll get 30 hours of free transcription!
  • If you request a Narrator trial, you'll get all features and functionalities.
  • Trials may not be used for sustained teaching, training, commercial or non-commercial production unless agreed otherwise.
  • At the end of the Trial Period, all Services will be disabled, including the ability to export and save from Trials. Sessions saved during the trial period can be reopened once a full Hindenburg Product license is acquired.
  • Trials can be activated on 2 Supported Devices simultaneously.
  • The Licensee may only activate a Trial for 1 (one) 30 (thirty) day trial period across all the installed Supported Devices.
