Hindenburg does not recognise my registration key or email.

When entering your registration key on our download site or on your computer, it is important that you use the same email address that you used when you acquired your Hindenburg licence.

If you paid using your Paypal account, please note that we register the licence key to the email address that is registered to the Paypal account you paid with. In our experience, some customers have registered another email address on their Paypal account to the one that they entered when acquiring Hindenburg. Unfortunately we are only able to associate the Paypal email address with your Licence Key when you pay with a Paypal account.

If you wish to register it to a different account, please contact sales before purchasing.
