Custom Keyboard Shortcuts
Custom keyboard shortcuts are the way to streamline the workflow. So far, I find the predefined shortcuts clumsy and awkward. I know you're product is different, but if there's one thing you can emulate from Adobe Audition, it's the ability to create custom keyboard shortcuts. that's going to be a game changer.

Backspace is a huge bugbear now I'm working with transcriptions. I get used to using it to delete segments while working within the text, then press it while in the timeline and WHOOPS I'm at the beginning of the project. Very, very annoying.

Looking forward to this important update. For example, I have a conflict with the shortcut for recording (^space). Because the Record command is not in a menu within Hindenburg, I can't think of a way to change the shortcut. I use a Mac and have Keyboard Maestro as well, but that doesn't really help in this case because I need ^space to be global on my system for another application. If I direct KM to send ^space to Hindenburg, the other app still responds, in conflict.
