Just lost 3 hours of work because I hit Ctrl N by accident. Doesn't have to be fancy.. just somewhere you save the session every X minutes so the downside is limited.

This should be only be done as part of a versioning system, so that it is possible to revert back if we don't like the most recent edits since the last autosave. Since Hindenburg saves its files as XML structures, they are already very compact, and so this shouldn't be an issue of taking too much disk space.
