Way to delete keyframes
When using Magic Levels especially, sometimes the system generates keyframes and handles that don't necessarily make any sense. There is no easy way to remove those keyframes at the moment, they can only be moved.
Being able to delete a keyframe for audio fading would make workflows much simpler and dramatically improve the use of Magic Levels.

Adding manuscript when something is already recorded
Is it possible to add a manuscript when you've already recorded something, or must the manuscript file be added to the session before recording?

Sticky audio interfaces...
I have a KVM switch built into my monitor, which I use to share a keyboard, trackpad – and audio interface between a pair of computers on my desk."Helpfully", when I switch away from the computer running Hindenburg Journalist Pro (and the audio interface disappears 'cos it's now connected to my other computer) the little "found a new interface" window comes up, and when I switch back to it, I similarly get that dialogue. It'd be handy if I could lock Hindenburg to a certain interface so that it would not throw these dialogues even if it disappears for a…

Audio System Defaults
Please, PLEASE, PLEASE change the audio input and output preferences to ALSO recognize the system defaults -- system settings -- rather than ONLY recognizing explicitly chosen inputs and outputs.

Hindenburg Journalist Pro
I upgraded to Hindenburg Journalist Pro but my version still says Hindenburg when I open it up. My understanding is this:
"You will also see "Hindenburg Journalist PRO" in the title bar at the top of the program."
How can I verify that I'm using Journalist Pro?

aaf/omf import
Please enable AAF and OMF importing. This would allow me and my company to use Descript to edit audio and then pull it into Hindenburg. I'm considering switching DAW's company wide since we can't do this currently.

Audio Transcription
It would be so awesome if Hindenburg provided an audio transcription feature to print out recorded audio as a MS Word document. When editing, (especially interviews) this would certainly speed up the podcast post-production process:).

Export multiple clips at once to the clipboard
I don't see anyway to do this, but I'd like to be able to place multiple clips from the tracks to the clipboard in one piece. Right now, I think I can only go one by one.

Ability to sort markers by time not assigned number
In HABC NLS, it would be really helpful to have the ability to sort the markers by time. We use markers in the editing & recording processes to id corrections that are found in the reviewing process and to id spots where a narrator has redone a section. Ability to sort by time would mean that its easy to identify time frame and book section for corrections.

The ability to cut clips and have it affect the whole session
I really love the new feature to cut a clip and only affect the region, instead of the whole track. Similarly it would be great to have a combination of hot keys that would allow you to cut and have it affect the entire session. The work around is create in and out points highlight all the tracks of the session and hit x, but I do this so much one I have a piece going it would be nice to hold command + (another key) + x and have the whole session move in sync without selecting every track.…

More powerful EQ & compressor tools
Hi users & Hindenburg team
I really like the simple design and functionallity of Hindenburg Journalist Pro. But simplicity sometimes comes at a price.
Right now, the EQ tool only offers manipulating the lower, middle and higher ranges of the spectrum. That's just way too simple. The attached image will easily show you why.
The compressor only offers more or less compression. Way too simple again.
Coming from Adobe Audition, I'm used to more powerful tools I don't want to miss. Please add some advanced EQ & compression options to the existing ones. Let us manipulate EQ at specific frequencies,…

exporting metadata
I'm working on creating a multimedia slideshow. I'd love to do it in Hindenburg, but Hindy doesn't offer all the visual transition effects and video editing that I need. So I'm using Adobe Premiere instead. However, I'd like to log my tape in Hindy before importing it to Premiere. Is there a way of transferring the metadata on my tracks in Hindy to Premiere? I want to label my clips in Hindy and then have the labels show up in Premiere. Is there a way to do that?

A bit difficult to move the white forward and back track at det bottom
Is it posible to... in an easier way move the 'back and forth'- arrow at det bottom. I would like to have it right under the recordingarea. But it is not easy to move up. And also maybe make it a bit bigger/higher/wider for easier access.

Automate plugins
This is the one feature that I still have to use Logic/Cubase or another DAW for.

empty bin
there needs to be a feature that allows you to empty all the unused takes once the seesion is done. These wav files are eating up my hard drive.

Plugin flexibility
Hi,
it would be great to have the opurtunity to move the plugins around a little bit not only on each track but also between the tracks. For example if I on one track have put a limiter, eq and then a compressor in that order, I then might want to change the order or even insert another eq in between the signal chain to do a A-B test between two different eq's.
i'm a soundengineer and I use waves plugins wich works fine in Hindenburg theese days.// thanks
